That was my first choice before, but i ended up buying the Roccat Kone XTD, because the proteus core simply was nonexistent where i live. If it was available i would have bought it.

I think it's ugly and overexpensive. That's what i think about it. It's also to small for my hands but that's my problem :P

It's a great mouse, though. Get it if you like it's shape, because otherwise it's sensor is flawless

Specs: 4790k | Asus Z-97 Pro Wifi | MX100 512GB SSD | NZXT H440 Plastidipped Black | Dark Rock 3 CPU Cooler | MSI 290x Lightning | EVGA 850 G2 | 3x Noctua Industrial NF-F12's

Bought a powermac G5, expect a mod log sometime in 2015

Corsair is overrated, and Anime is ruined by the people who watch it

The g502's sensor is the best available at the moment but it has many gimmicky features and some issues with it's skates

Personally I think that the Logitech gaming mice which are standing out as the "best" for the price and quality are Logitech G400S and Logitech G502.

I have said this many times, but I will keep saying it: Logitech tends to make durable products. It has some nice features and the shape isn't so different from the G400,

if you are used to that kind of ergonomics.

beautiful but a bit cramped with the buttons and the rubber on the right hand side is very hard and uncomfortable. I would have preferred it to be ambidextrous than with that uncomfortable rubber. Your pinky is practically forced to drag on the mouse pad with how they made it. Very disappointing. Other than that, the scroll wheel is amazing, and the length is almost perfect for me, though it could be a little longer.

Absolutely beautiful and the most comfortable mouse I'd ever use with palm-gripping.

Will be getting one tomorrow to replace the Thermaltake Level 10M mouse which is going to be mothballed. Always love Logitech mice, hope this one last as long as the G9 v1.0 which lasted for years.

As I'd said I would, I did get the mouse. I needed to install the software for the G502 because I'm getting a weird mouse scroll issue my weapon would change in the midst of gaming. Updated the firmware for the mouse and that seems to have resolved the issue.....though I prefer the feel of broader mice like the Kone XTD and G700s, I find myself adjusting to and liking this new mouse.
