how to edit other folder on htc one m8 storage

Is there any way to edit the other storage folder in my HTC one m8, it'd taking up a lot of space and it won't let edit it from in the storage menu under settings anybody else having this problem. It is quite annoying

First off, not a folder.  That just shows what is saved that isn't any of the above.  It could be contacts, text messages, email cache, app cache, you name it.  But if you want to be able to browse through files, I highly recommend ES File Explorer.
