Cut as much as possible off of the cable from the old Fan.

Same story with the "new" Fan

Now get a little bit of solder on the wire. Do this with all 4 wires.

Put the sleeving over the wire, lay the red wire next to the other red wire and solder them together. I could not take a pic of this because i only got two Hands...

*Grabs Gun* I'm gonna burn you all. Muhahahha :D

post-80859-0-05447400-1406105126_thumb.j

Now apply heat to the sleeving and let it shrink.

I've 2 14 y.o. PSUs and another one that's 12... replaced fans on all of them bc of the noise x.x those fans are crap... BTW I used this fans

, are virtually silent and I *think* they sell in some european countries (I dunno, it's Spanish brand :P).

Anyway... the fun fact is that those PSUs claim 15 A on +12V rail tho one of them has a crazy amount of current for +5V (maybe pentium III masterrace?)...

Also I don't like the taste of bacon, why is that a problem :P?

I just took a random Fan that i saw hahahhahahaahhaha

Because Bacon tastes amazing! :D
