Nevermind, looks like the laptop i had this plugged into was the problem :P

 

Can someone please delete this?

So basically, my Bose AE2's died because the left ear was not working. I used it on my ipod a lot!  Guess what!! My Apple Earpods left ear also died today after being plugged into my ipod! So what is my Ipod doing to kill all my headphones? :P
