Why does it need to be that small?

 

BTW, you've already ruined the quality A LOT. Try decreasing the framerate to 20ish fps

If you could do without the motionblur you could probably get it easily under 150. The gradients that the motion blur adds makes it really difficult

Project wonderful has extremely small upload caps 100kb for a regular banner and 150kb for a leader board.
