Well it does look cheap. Moto G doesn't quite look cheap.

Sad that it doesnt have a front camera, I feel that is a feature people take for granted in modern smart phones and it is nice to have, as is a rear flash

For $117 you really can't argue with it though.

I would guess this is Motorola answer to the lumia 520. Meanwhile the moto g was a higher end phone. I think the specs are good but the price is a little high.

Main PC:

ASUS F1A55-M LX, AMD A6-3500, (2x2)gb Kingston HyperX Blu DDR3 1600mhz, Seagate Barracuda 500gb 7200rpm,
Corsair CX430M, Cooler Master Elite 343, Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit

Netbook:

Lenovo Ideapad S10-2, Intel Atom N280, (1x1)gb DDR2 667mhz, WD Scorpio Blue 250gb 5400rpm, Zorin OS 9 Lite

I'd certainly take a 520 over this. The 520 is a nice looking phone where this looks ugly and cheap.

Not sure why so many people are complaining about the lack of a front facing camera. Whoever buys this phone won't be able or willing to pay for the bandwidth that is needed for videochats anyway.

But yeah, an LED flash would have been nice.

Are you comparing the specs of the Moto E to those of the many chinese phones that come with a RockChip instead of a Snapdragon, the bare minimum of just 512MB ram and will never see a software update? To me, the price seems to be very fair. Especially when you compare the Moto E to the Nokia X or even the X+.

I don't really play many games for gameplay anymore honestly. I play most games just for the graphics.

Someone looking at a budget phone doesn't look for style, looks for features and the moto e is better in that regard.

I said I found it a little bit expensive because I think they could have made it cheaper compared to the moto g, maybe $99. But I do agree the fact that it has the latest qualcomm processor is nice.
