GTX 480 Retrospective, 4 Years Later

I would love to see more and read more about it since I came into pc building when the GTX 600 series was introduced so I don't see much of old tech and kind of want to see more of old vs modern parts

I was very interested to read this, good job. Side note people who say AMD cards are always hotter and louder take note.

Ahh the GTX 480, i wanted one but it had cost way to much over the 5870.

i was a proud owner of a 480, needless to say, i didn't had to pay the electric bill back then ! :D:D

i must say, i only got rid of it, because it couldn't keep up anymore, i think the thing just overheated a few times to much ... :D

edit: before that i had an gtx 275, any words on that anybody? :D
