Depends,

What CPU do you have?
What resolution are the screens?
What detail level are you looking for?
Overclocking?

Surprisingly, I did 3 1680x1050 monitors and it actually turned out quite well on my 2gb 770, not one crash or anything, of course, I only did it for about 20mins.

It will have enough VRAM, although you'll probably have to turn settings down to low with a single 780, If you go SLI it'll be no problem.

(Assuming you mean 3 1080p screens)

Run it? Sure. Playable framrates? Probably not.

What resolution though?

nope you will run out of vram

In BF4 you won't run out of vRAM at 5760x1080

You don't even run out of vRAM at 4K on a single 780

Maxed Settings with BF3 or 4 the Vram won't be maxed, but the "core grunt" of the GPU core won't be able to keep up with outputting such a display size with high frame output, lowering settings to a mix of medium to high settings with tweaks here and there finding whats best and aiming for an minimum of 40+ to 55-65fps average fps or better.

Shadows down to Medium, AA down to 2xAA/or 0 & use SMAA instead, enabling much more performance to throw at visual details if you want.

Game title dependent, some will run better than others,.. its all about the tweaking.

If you cannot be bothered,.. get two cards if you are able.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz
