Cheap but GOOD phone charger

I bought myself a nexus 5 recently, but I managed to lose it's charger. Can you guys recommend me a good charger that will not break the bank, from ebay or something similar? EU plug is mandatory and an output current of more than 1.5 amps would be preferred. I know there are many cheap options, but I would prefer some that you guys also tried.

I need a wired charger first. Even that one requires a wired charger to work.
