Dell T3500 fan upgrade? Budget Fan Recommends?

Looking at upgrading the front 120mm fans in my T3500, it's more like replacing old fans to aid in more air flow and reduce noise. So, the current option I'm looking at are a couple of Arctic F12 PWM fans.

 

Now I already know that the fan headers are proprietary for dell, so I will be purchasing 5pin to 4pin adapters as well.

 

Are there any other good budget fans that are recommended?
