Need Help With Traktor Scratch Pro 2

Hello Folks

 

I recently encountered a problem with my Traktor.

My Turntable thatis connected to the channel 3 and 4 in Traktor, won't get recognized properly.

It barely recongnizes my scratches and movements, and i jumps around sometimes.

I tried to switch the multicore cable, but that didn't work.

We tried to reset Traktor. I most likely think it is a software problem, because all the hardware that could be faulty. has been tested, or replaced.

 

Any help or tipp is appreciated :D
