Benchmark & Stress test programs for CPU/GPU

I'm building my first PC soon. Intel i7 8700k, Nvidia GTX 1080 8gb, Asus Z-370-E mobo. I was wondering what some good programs are to benchmark and stress test my components. Preferably the ones that are regularly used by LTT. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
