$300 Video Editing PC

I was on reddit asking for advice on choosing between a couple of pre-build gaming pc, and a guy said I was better off building my own. I'm not sure if I would be able to build a quality PC for video editing and gaming in a $300 budget. But if I could I would love to, I would need you guys help on what to buy for this though, any help is appreciated. If you guys want to direct me to other quality pre-build computers, fitting my requirements, that would be fine too.

These are the PC I was asking for advice in reddit, if you think I could do better then these please tell me. As well if you believe that I should buy one of these and instead improve on them please tell me how, Thank You In Advance.
