Project Dragon (First build)

So this my first built designed for gaming and media playing (xbmc). I needed something as an upgrade from a dell 15R laptop that could output 5.1 surround sound and obviously game better.

Its built in a corsair 300r windowed case with nzxt sleeved red led lights in

The motherboard is a msi z87-g45 gaming with an intel i5 4670k (stck cooler :/)

For ram i got an 8gb duel channel kingston hyperx beast ram running at 2400mhz stock

For storage I have a samsung evo 120gb ssd and a seagate 320gb hdd (that i had spare but planning on getting a wd green 1tb)

For power i have a corsair rm550w which is quiet as hell

As for the peripherals I have a Benq Gl2450 which has a 2ms response time

For a keyboard i have the corsair k30

And for a mouse the corsair m65 fps

And the speakers are dell altec lansing ada995 (and thats a spare amp sitting on top nad 3020i)

In a few months I will pick up a msi r9 270x but unsure weather to get a 2gb version or 4gb any thoughts ?

Get the 2GB. The buss will not be allowed to get the extra 2 Gigs

Red leds do really good in this build. Its not over saturated, its just perfect.

its because im running 1 lot of power from the dvd drive and then to that , the hdd is on a different harness
