No power to anything

I just finished building a new pc and I plug, flick the switch and hit the button and nothing not a sound. The only thing in the build that isn't plugged in it 3 fans on the front of the case.

I'm using a GeForce 980 ti

Rog strix z390-e gaming mobo

Intel i7-7800k

trident ram 16 gb

gamdias chione one watercooler for cpu

Looking for any advice thanks
