Difference between Samsung monitors

Hi all! 

 

I am currently looking for a budget monitor, 32inches 4k to use for programming and playing ps4. I want 4k for the extra space. 

Can you advise about what is the difference between Samsung 32" UH850 and Samsung 32" UJ590? 

From what I can see, UJ590 is half an inch bigger and doesn't have an adjustable stand, looks slightly different and is newer (2017 comparing to 2016).

I can't find any difference in terms of the picture quality. Both seems to have same resolution, QLED and all that. 

 

Would you recommend any of these TVs? Or maybe something different (that's not more expensive).

The samsung 32" UJ590 UHD 4k monitor is a little bit brighter.
