Roccat ISKU+ Driver Support?

Hi all,

So I just bought a Roccat ISKU+ keyboard. I can get the Roccat Swarm software but cannot get the firmware required for the keyboard (update stays at 0%). Nothing on their website either. Anyone have any ideas?
