memory sticks a likely culprit, try test them individually

yup. Very unlikely for both sticks to go bad at the same time.

Can't figure this out because I took one stick out and everything worked fine then I put the one I took out back in but in a different slot and had issues then I took out the original stick that was in and put the one that had been taken out first back in a different spot and it works fine. It's like with both sticks it won't work...I'm confused

so one of the slots don't work as it should?

unless you have another motherboard to test the CPU and memory, you can't.

It's a 4 slot board so two slots on the left are there own thing and two on the right are as well right? So i should try putting the sticks side by side on left and right channel and see if it's the motherboard?

need to check the motherboard's manual. Some manufacturers interleave memory channels while others do what you said.

I think It's split like this because I have both RAM on the right side and not having any issues. If I have both on left it crashes pretty quickly and starts up weird.

Not a bad thought but the computer is only about 2 months old so the RAM is fresh.

Clean it anyway, you have no idea how long that RAM has been sitting on a shelf for before they put it in your PC

 

Also, memory management errors are not always a RAM issue as Windows part of your HDD for the paging file/virtual memory.
