New build won't start

So I just built the pc and it won't start, nothing happens when I press the power button. I've checked the psu, the cables, everything.

GPU is zotac 1070ti mini

Did you check if the front panel connectors are connected in the right spot? Refer to your owners manual to see, because not all front panel connectors connect the same way, and does your PC have any fan spinning. Or either any LED's on for a second or more?
