So i live in the north, and every night i turn off the heat in my home to save some money. Which in turn causes the temperature to drop to around 10-20°f. Ive been wondering is this damaging my graphics card because ive been geting some terrible halo affects when i fist turn the pc on. After a few restarts it goes away but by then the card is around 20-30°c.

no, if LN2 is fine then why would this do any damage? the only thing might be if there is condensation from high humidity i guess? but the cold itself isnt doing any harm directly

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

It's possible the halo is due to the monitor getting cold and not the PC.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B
