Weird fps drops.

To figure out if it's a CPU bottleneck you can start up a game like BF4 and look at the CPU utilization in Task Manager. If it's pinned at 100% all the time, then it's a bottleneck. Also look at the clock speed your GPU is running at. If it's lower than advertised this can also mean a CPU bottleneck.

Alright, i have already asked this to Tom's hardware and for a group from facebook. One said it was a little of a CPU bottleneck. The other said it was not, but they didn't know what it was. I think it might be virus. When i removed some, it went way better than before. However i can't delete all of them. I still need photoshop.... Anyway my specs : I7 3770, GTX 980 4gb vram, 16 gb ram.

i tested and it goes like 60 - 70 % my CPU.

Ok. Try clean reinstalling the Nvidia drivers. Are you using something like Malwarebytes to look for malware?

That's what i said. Probably is some virus, but i can't remove it. I still "need" him.(photoshop).......
