Curious about case swap

Im curious about swapping the case on my pc. Im running a upgraded ts140 and i was hoping to change the case to something less dull. My issue is that lenovo cases open from the opposite side and as such im worried buying a case would be a waste.

If by "opposite side" you mean from the right side if looking at the case from the front, then look at where the expansion slots are. If they're on the bottom, then it's a BTX (or similar) form factor case which means most cases won't work. If not, then it's just an ATX board "flipped" over.
