So I have some disposable income and I was thinking that I wanted to get A 2nd mini ATX or maybe even ITX PC for a guest system, or a system to bring with me when I go over to friends houses and stuff. I was thinking that an I3 3220 would be a good fit. Now I could either go with say a GTX 650ti  if I could find one (Or maybe even a boost if those are still around) or I could go with something like an AMD R7 260x. What would be the best fit? I was thinking it would be for probably 1600x900 medium 60 fps if any of those GPU can actually do that. If not wat performance can I expect from those GPU? What would be the best fit for a 4gb RAM, 430W 80+ bronze PSU, MATX or if possible ITX build?

Try to get a 650ti boost

This or a 7770, tbh a 7770 will handle practically anything sub 1080p so if you're looking at saving cash the 7770 is far superior (well here anyway idk about Canda) although the 650 Ti Boost is closer to the 7850 in performance.

Intel i7 5820l @ with Corsair H110 | 32GB DDR4 RAM @ 1600Mhz | XFX Radeon R9 290 @ 1.2Ghz | Corsair 600Q | Corsair TX650 | Probably too much corsair but meh should have had a Corsair SSD and RAM | 1.3TB HDD Space | Sennheiser HD598 | Beyerdynamic Custom One Pro | Blue Snowball

Would an i3 3220 work for 1600x900 medium settings?

Yes but a 750K would like be better being cheaper and having 4 cores.

If you're talking about the iGPU then definitely not.
