Need help with new gaming pc

Hello there

My name is Stephen and I am currently looking for help building my new computer.

My budget is preferably around 1000-1500$ CAD.

I would use it for digital art, photo editing and video games such as Call of Duty: Black ops 4 and fortnite.

I would prefer a build with around 8-16gb ram and a 1050 ti, if possible that is.

It would be extremely helpful if parts could be ordered from newegg.ca or amazon.ca.

Also this really isn't necessary but I would enjoy if the system could be black and white as y walls and desk are white with black accents. 

I choose to post this now in hope that any Black Friday or Cyber Monday deals might reduce the price of the PC.
