two close wireless routers:choose

Please, I would like your help.

 

Scenario is as follows...

There are two wireless modem-routers close, and two laptops. Let's say

router A : SSID "NETA"

router B : SSID "NETB"

Two laptops are close, and they both see two routers (two SSIDs). Laptop A connects to NETA, but laptop B connects to NETB. What we want to make is laptop B to connect permanently also to NETA.

How could it be done (if yes)?
