Dead GT 630?

A while back, I picked up a Zotac GT 630 Zone Edition fanless GPU for a few bucks. I couldn't get a video signal out of it, so I put it aside and forgot about it. Now I've got a system that could use a fanless GPU with enough power to push 4k playback, and suddenly I kind of want that 630 to work. 

 

There's no display whatsoever on either DVI port or from the mini HDMI. This has been tested on multiple computers and is consistently the case. I've taken off the cooler and repasted the GPU, but without fans it's tough for me to tell if the thing is even getting power. The card shows no signs of physical damage and no burned or blown VRMs, so I'm stumped. Anything else I can try? 

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.

You could check if the card shows up in bios,if not its dead or damaged ports.
