It seems to good to be true (so it probably is), But the listing looks reasonable legit for an E-bay listing

Doesn't look like it, it has real pictures and if it's not it you can just return it with the eBay money back guarantee.

It's a scam. They set up an account and listed the same laptop for sale 6 times for $98. Probably hoping that if enough people fall for the scam, they can cash out a few hundred dollars before the victims realise and eBay/Paypal cancel their accounts.
