Cant reset Unifi Controller Password

So I am working on fixing up my parents home network and upgrading from AP-Lites to AP-AC-Pros. Along with this comes a Cloud Key to help with the controller issues that have been occurring. 

 

I literally just set finished setting it up, and went to log back into the controller and can't. I guess I don't know the password, even though there are only 2 things it could be.

 

I tried pressing the forgot password button, which sends an email, but it wont send the damn email. Anyone know what im doing wrong here? 

 

I can get into it via my unifi.ubnt.com account and can see the username and make changes, but I cant edit the password and I cant log in via the IP (192.168.1.2)

 

Thoughts? 

 

Im a dipshit, next attempt worked. Mods you can delete this lmao
