hi guys 
so i have a dell e6540 laptop that suddenly stopped working 

no display no fan spin 
when i hit power buttom, power led turns on for 8 seconds then off after that battery led turns on for 1 second and off 
i searched everywhere changed the ram  took out coin battery, and sadly there are not any good experts where i live 
if anyone know anything any idea  that may help, it would be great

Does this happen while plugged in?

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.
