Set on folder? or Set on desktop. I don't want to log to my desktop w a password

Set a pasword your computer

You can have it auto login for you.

Hey guys, I'm learning how to setup a network sharing. I would like the share some files between my desktop and iPhone. Is there any good tutorials on how to set it up? I always get stuck when they ask for the "desktop username and password" but I do not have any password setup on my desktop and don't know what's my username. Im on Windows 8 and hate linking email to login on my own personal desktop

Set a password, lots of password have a issue with no password

Your usename is normally the same as your home folder dir, so go under c:\users. You don't have to link you email

You can make the share by right clicking on a folder, under properties, then sharing.

I know about this. That's what I'm trying to access on my iPhone. It's the password issue
