Unexplainable FPS Drops

Hello!

I have been getting these wierd FPS drops lately, on every game. I have never had any problem with these games before and i have always had a stable FPS at 80 to 120 on every game i play. But what happens now is that the FPS drops to about 30 for 1 second, causing the game to stutter and freeze for that second before coming up to my "normal" FPS again. They happen really often and i can't find any solution anywhere. Temps and Usage seem to be normal on all my components and i have also done a clean install of windows. Hope any of ya'll can help me fix this issue.

What game, what resolution?

 

There could be lots of reasons for FPS drops like that,  like exceeding the amount of GPU RAM you have. 3GB is on the low end these days.

GTA V, COD BO3, FH3 and FH4, Counter-Strike Global Offensive, Dead by Daylight, SCUM and the list goes on. Just bought the gpu last year, don't really get how it could be outdated. Also wierd that i'm having issues with all the games i have been running super smooth for years :/ any ideas?
