H115i - Gen 4 pump, not true RGB (select one color and it just stays that color)

 

Gen 4 pumps are actually slightly quieter and better performing in terms of flow. If you don't care about RGB, want a slightly quieter pump and were going to change the fans anyway, the H115i is not a bad choice.

my guess would be the 2nd one just because the fans seem better optimized for radiators.
