Making a cmd execute slower.

Hey all. I made a binary rain using a cmd but it goes really fast. I want it to go a bit slower. Anyway I can do this?

Thanks. I had tried the "timeout" one a while back but it puts a message in the console and kinda ruined it. so I used the "ping" method and its working fine thanks!
