pc upgrade ( secondhand graphics card

My dad has an 4 year old computer on wich he does photoshop. For christmas, I was thinking of upgrading his graphics card with a better secondhand card.

What card do you recommend? ( I don't have a large budget)

 

pc specs: cpu intel i7 4790K

                gpu nvidia geforce GTX 760

                16Gb RAM

960 will probebly be your best bet here then. if you're lucky maybe a 780 (ti) or a 970, but don't expect too much

If you weren't you'd be looking at a 1030. Where are you located?

For 100 euro you won't really find any card that will be a significant upgrade over the 760. You might find a used 1050 or 960 but that gives very little performance benefit.

I am currently looking at an 1050ti, 1070ti and a titan x. These card are currently under the 50 dollars but the auction is still going.
