I would say no... a 120mm AIO is generally barely enough to keep up with mediocre air coolers on normal 95w chips, the 5960x is a 140w chip. I think you would be hurting its performance with a 120mm AIO on it.

What about a 240mm rad? or what about an “arctic freezer 33 esports edition dual fan”

240mm AIO would be sufficient. The Frozer 33 Esports isnt meant for HEDT chips such as the 5960x, so would produce mediocre results and likely wouldnt provide much headroom for overclocking.

I currently have some mediocre looking cpu cooler (as shown) and while running cinebench, the cpu temp maxed out at 50c. I’m not sure if that bad or not.
