Screen becoming Pixelated

Hi guys,

Having an issue with my PC sometime after coming back from work wake my pc up from it being on screen off mode and the screen looks all pixelated not sure what is causing it but started happening after a driver update from nvidia, I have a picture of the screen when it happens which I've attached, can someone tell me what this issue may be.
