difference between adapters

same splitter type..only difference is the chrome splits to the left and right where the gold splits to the back and side

Are this the same thing, just that one is in gold? Or is it a different adapter? The gold one says "2-way" and the other doesn't. I just can't see through the pictures if it's exactly the same connections and I'm not an expert.

They're the same.

1 male port and 2 female port.

i don't know how's this going to impact.

these are not adapter, they are splitters.
