Audio problem

So I recently installed a 1070Ti and since booting up my PC, I've noticed that the audio output sounds weird. I don't know really how I can describe the problem but it's a little muffled and tinny. I've tried my headphones on my phone and they're fine. I plugged my headphones into the rear IO and I still get the the same problem. Weird thing that I noticed is that I can't hear it when using my speakers. I don't know if it's not occurring with the speakers or something. I tried another pair of headphones and the same problem still happens.
