need help building pc

hey guys i live in india and parts here seem costly than us so i fouind a website https://www.theitdepot.com/products-RAM+(Memory)_C6.html which has them for way cheaper i just need to build this as cheap as possible .

I am going for a rx580 and ryzen 5 i dont have any idea how to get other compatible parts as cheap as possible like case ram i was thinking ddr4 if anyone can help me asseble the list of [parts i would really appreciate it.

I quite honestly don't know the conversions to rupees from usd but like fasauceome said, be careful buying cheap parts because you can get scammed. I would suggest using https://in.pcpartpicker.com/ like dexterlai said to find the cheapest prices where you live
