Can't access GPT HDD

I recently did a clean install with windows 10 on my ssd
I also have 1TB WD hard drive GPT formatted and i can't access it.

When i try to format it again this error comes up "theres not enough space on the drive to complete this operation"

What i have to do to be able to use it as storage?

you mean you can't access it how? it doesn't show up? 

 

also how are you trying to format it?
