I'm a first time builder with little to know computer knowledge before researching this (I've learnt a lot along the way) but Id I would like someone to look over my build to check that everything should work. I am open to any suggestions also. Thanks!

(I like in AUS to prices are AUD)

I have had previous suggestions with the GPU and PSU and these are my answers

GPU:

Q: Get the 8gb version

A: The 8gb version is an extra $100 AUD plus for minor improvements so unless someone has evidence against that I just don't see the worth in the 8gb.

PSU: I don't plan on upgrading past 550w as I don't need the extra wattage and I wont be upgrading my pc (to need the extra wattage/ certification) once I build because I will most lily resell within the next 1-2 years to get a car.

Budget: $1550 (absolute CAP but the ideal would be closer to $1400)

Looks good. I made two small edits: a Ryzen 5 2600 and a different SSD. Those Sandisks are pretty old now, so I picked a current gen budget SSD I've had a lot of good experiences with. Ask Umart to update the BIOS on the B350 board before they ship it.

Looks fine for me, meybe you can find RAM with the same speed a little cheaper...
Also you can buy Win10 Prof Licenses from ebay for around 10$. Same for Office 2016...

Everything else looks fine for me ?

Is ebay reliable, I had a look and was unsure if it was worth the risk?

So far I ordered all of my Licenses from Ebay, worked everytime for me so far :D

However, I never took the cheapest one. You should pick an offer that already sold lots of them. (I just wouldnt pick the 3$ ones =)

So far I ordered about 15 Windows Licenses and 5 Office 2016 Licenses and I never had problems.
