Question: Microsoft Surface Book 3

I am looking at the Surface Book 2, but I was thinking, if they just came out with the new Pro and Laptop, what is the chances of the coming out with the Book 3 any time soon? I don't want to get the Book 2 and the Book 3 come out Q1 of next year.

I looked it up on google, but couldn't find anything.

Portability, build quality, and the ability to use it as a true 2 in 1, but still with good performance.

The reliability is questionable though. Do you care about battery life? Cause there are other good Windows tablets out there with better maintenance ability and good enough display quality, and much lower price too.

The battery is a huge selling point, but as long as its not abysmal, i wouldn't complain. What other devices? I know about the HP Folio and the Surface Pro 6. But what true tablet is good for art and has a good screen? Both in pixel density and resolution?
