VPN + ad block?

Sometimes, ads may be regional so using a VPN to set your IP to some other country means you may not be seeing any ads because there's no ads to be shown for that particular country...
Other than that, I really have no idea.

Do you use PIA app?

That has function called MACE witch is a ad blocker.
