USB - Fiber Extender problem during night

Hi

Even the Support have no Idea what happen. I use an USB - Fiber extender who have at the one end an normal USB Connection for any USB Device and on the other end an USB 3.0 Port for the Pc, Laptop and between an Fiber Cable. I test it in my Appartment and the run without a problem. Last week I put one under the Attic and the other End in the Basement. I connect an Lenovo Thinkpad for reception. What happened now during the Night the Box loose the connection for <30sec.

Any idea what could happen?
