Black screen

So my pc has been having this issue for a while now but whenever I'm on my pc doing anything for a long time it just freezes my screen goes black and all my usb connected devices dont work. I cant hit the reset button to restart the only way to restart it to flick the power supply on and off. Any idea how to fix this.

Did you checked in task manager if your cpu gpu ... is full used if that happens?

You should check your CPU, GPU temperature aswell.
