Philips hue bridge not working

Hello, 

I recently tried to connect my phone to my Philips hue bridge to control my light strip. The 3rd light on the bridge is not on. It is not blinking which I read on some forums that it does sometimes. Mine is just completely off. I have tried changing ethernet port and cable, and I have tried turning it off for 1 minute and turning it on again. Nothing helps. Replies would be very much appreciated :)
