Notebook serious wireless problems!

First of all, i'm not considerning myself a noob! A know a lot of tech stuff, i can diagnose pretty much any hardware and software issue. One thing I don't know: why is the wireless adapter detected and off and the button to enable it in mobility center is unclickable? The real problem is that this is happening all the time, I just gave up on workloading for the 4th laptop! I's sure i instaled the proper drivers for wlan card! I even restored one notebook using prebuilded recovery partition and still same thing! Please help me out guys! Sorry for my English!

On my old laptop when you let windows manage the wireless card the program used, in my case I believe was called Proset or something, it would disable and be all greyed out. Not sure how much this helps.

Is this the real life? Or is this just fantasy?

Bloatware that comes with the laptop could be the culprit if you have a hp,dell etc. laptop they put their own wireless manager on them a lot of the time.
