fps dropping after some time

Hello guys so im having this problem, my fps drops after some time playing, for example when playing overwatch after 1match or in a long match after like 8 minutes my fps drops from 90 to 40 and some seconds later it goes normal again, and whats most strange is when I activate Vsync i can play like 4 matchs and then I start to have fps drops again, please help me this just started 1 week ago, before I was playing normal.

 

PC Specs:

FX 8320E 

8GB DRR3 1600mhz( dual channel)

N68 GS4 FX

GTX 970

what are your temps like?

Do you have any programs running in the background that could be causing it? If it only happens for a small period of time I would doubt it is a thermal throttling issue.

my vga a temps are between 78c to 80c when playing

it could be caused by the CPU. It would explain the vsync difference

so im doing and upgrade next week to a ryzen 2600, do you guys think im gonna have the same problem
