Hmm, looking it up, in BIOS, look for "Core Performance Boost" on the OC tab of BIOS. It should be auto by default. You want to disable it. 

 

Otherwise, your other option is to add vCore to keep the boosted clock speed. It's your choice.

Ok one moment i see 

I have the windows 15063 build it is correct for the cpu i use?? 

One question. My mobo has wifi?
