Hey guys,

 

Idk if i´m in the correct section, however, need assistance in a laptod that I just bought couple of weeks ago but have some problems:

Windows is crashing all the time, when I use it like couple of time and reset the PC since i install some software that requires restart windows it goes on a blue screen saying that srt.txt or something like that stop working, and I have done everything, using CMD, restoring nothing works also try to install again windows.

 

Some advices?

Can you take a pic when the blue screen comes out? Also, full specs of the laptop?
